New & Returning Associate Students

Find step-by-step enrollment instructions for new and returning associate students.

  1. Complete the Admission Application to PNC.
  2. Complete the Admission Application to TCC.
  3. Check your personal email to receive your Student ID and password. 
  4. Apply for Financial Aid – Complete the FAFSA, enter TCC School Code: (009763).
  5. Take any necessary ACCUPLACER Placement Tests ( Learn More about Accuplacer Testing).
  6. Submit Two (2) Official high school/college transcripts New Freshman: and ACT/SAT or GED scores.
  7. Submit Copy of CDIB Card (if applicable).
  8. Meet with an Academic Advisor: New Freshmen: After completing the New Student Orientation for personalized guidance. Transfer and Returning Students: Discuss Prior Learning Assessments and course selection.
  9. Enroll in Classes.

Concurrent Enrollment Students

For high school students earning college credit while completing their diploma.

Health & Technology Certifications

Apply to earn industry-recognized certifications in healthcare and computer technology.

  1. Steps to Apply:
    Complete the PNC Application for Admission.
  2. If applicable, submit Tribal ID card OR Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood with State-Issued ID or Driver’s License.
  3. If non-Indian, provide State-Issued ID or Driver’s License.
  4. Submit proof of High School Diploma or GED.
  5. Send official transcripts from previous institutions (if applicable).
  6. Submit all documents to admissions@pawneenationcollege.org, or by mail to: Pawnee Nation College Attn: Admissions P.O. Box 390 Pawnee, OK 74058.

Justice & Advocacy Certifications

Apply and enroll in specialized programs in Crime Victim and Tribal Court Legal Advocacy.

What are the admission requirements?

Requirements for first time students:

  • Complete the Admissions Application

  • Transfer credits less than a 2.0 will be on Academic Probation but can still enroll
  • Take any necessary ACCUPLACER placement test

  • Submit Copy of CDIB card if applicable
  • Meet with Academic Advisor
  • Discuss Prior Learning Assessments and Select Courses

Yes, the Admissions Department provides support for completing your application, understanding the admissions process, and determining your next steps after submission. We also assist returning and transfer students in identifying required documents from previous institutions.

Application and required documents can be submitted by mail, in-person or emailed to:
admissions@pawneenationcollege.org

You will be assigned an academic advisor once you complete the admission and enrollment process. Your advisor will provide guidance, create a plan of study, set goals for your success, and regularly check in on your progress. They will also meet with you before each semester’s enrollment to review your degree plan. Informational sheets for all degrees are available.

Overview

  • PNC administers the Accuplacer assessment test at no cost.
  • Testing covers reading, arithmetic, algebra, statistics, and writing.
  • Scores cannot be transferred to other institutions – it must be taken at PNC.
  • Scores remain valid for five years. If PNC updates the test or placement process, scores will expire two years from the change date.
  • Remote proctoring is available for students 50+ miles away from campus (approval required).
  • Accessibility features include an accessibility wizard (adjust font, color scheme, and spacing) and alternative formats (braille, large print, audio CD). If you require special testing accommodations, please apply for services with Student Services.

We strongly recommend you participate in the following preparation prior to your first test attempt.

Step 1: Create an account with Accuplacer

Step 2: Select Next Generation Practice Tests then the subject area that corresponds to the test you need to take:

  • Reading
  • Arithmetic
  • Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra, and Statistics
  • Advanced Algebra and Functions
